With a massive investment of ₹91,000 crore, this advanced facility will produce 50,000 wafers per month across multiple technology nodes, including 28nm, 40nm, and 55nm.

Torrent Power (a private license DISCOM) has already developed two advanced substations, including a 400/220 kV gas-insulated substation and a 400/220 kV GIS substation operated by GETCO.


Additionally, a 66 kV network distributed across 500 MVA, scalable up to 1500 MVA, ensures reliable power supply to support growing energy demands. To ensure dual source power redundancy, a 400 kV substation is being developed by GETCO.
